Centre for Virology, Vaccinology and Therapeutics Limited (CVVT) was featured in the latest episode of the Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) programme “I&T New Era II” (創科新里程 II) supported by the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC).  The episode was aired on 7 January 2023.

Prof Kwok Yung Yuen, Managing Director of CVVT, was interviewed to share the insight on broad-spectrum antivirals.  As one of the R&D centres under InnoHK, a major initiative by the Hong Kong SAR Government to transform the city into a global innovation powerhouse, CVVT serves as the hub for bringing impactful basic research to the stage of technological applications which will directly contribute to the control of prevalent and emerging infectious diseases especially in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of China.
